1. When I call your phone number will I be greeted by a professional operator or a cell phone voice mail?
Your call to Prizio Roofing will be answered by an
operator who is trained to record all of your information
required for us to return your call. Voicemails are very
impersonal and a sign of an unprofessional operation.
2. Will my call be returned in a reasonable time frame?
Yes! Prizio promptly returns all calls.
3. If I have an emergency will my call be returned immediately?
Yes! Prizio returns all emergency calls within minutes of confirmation.
4. Do you charge for your estimates?
No! We provide all estimates free of charge.
5. Will you send a salesman to my home?
No! John or Jonathan Prizio will be the only customer satisfaction specialists sent to your home.
6. Do I have to sign the contract that day to get a “special price”?
No! We don’t utilize high pressure sales practices. When you are ready to go ahead with the project, we are ready to help you.
7. Will you present me with a detailed proposal on the same day that you inspect my home?
Yes! We are fully equipped to provide you with a complete proposal upon arrival at your home.
8. If I have questions, can you answer them over the phone?
Yes! Most questions can be answered over the phone.
9. Do you require a deposit when I sign the contract?
No! Prizio never requires a deposit upon your acceptance of proposal.
10. Are you fully insured?
Yes! Prizio holds a two million dollar liability policy, and workman’s compensation insurance for roofing.
11. Are you licensed by the state of Connecticut and New York?
Yes! Prizio is fully licensed by the state of Connecticut and New York.
12. Will I be provided with a workmanship warranty?
Yes! We provide a warranty with every new roof that we sell.
13. Will I deal with the same person from proposal to job completion?
Yes! You will deal directly with John or Jonathan Prizio from start to finish.
14. Do you use subcontractors?
No! Subcontractors are often unreliable and inhibit our ability to control all aspects of the project.
15. Do you perform work on other homes while my project is in progress?
No! Your project will be started and finished by the same crew with no interruptions.
16. What happens if the wood decking under my shingles needs to be replaced?
We clearly state in every contract that if any plywood is in need of replacing there will be an extra charge on a per 4” x 8” sheet basis. Most homes don’t need any plywood replacement.
17. Do you protect all landscaping from damage?
Yes! We protect all landscaping with tarps and/or scaffolding.
18. Will my yard be free of debris and nails when the job is complete?
Yes! We take extra care in leaving your home in the condition that we found it. We magnetically sweep all areas for nails.
